Scope of Services. Through this Site, Oa Property Solutions markets and arranges Deep Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Garage Cleaning, Airbnb Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://oapropertysolutionscharlotte.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Oa Property Solutions or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Oa Property Solutions arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Choice of Law. NC law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of NC, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
